TNG Speak is a simple implementation using Microsoft Agent to allow
text to speech conversion for command line messages using state of the art
e-business and internet technology.
This version has the following features:
- Support for NT Domain users
- Each user has it's own message queue.
- Client/Server support through HTML and Internet Explorer.
- Auto-Refresh every 15 seconds (default).
